Shed worked long and hard to bring this dream to life, and now that it was finally happening, she couldnt believe it “ her dream home had finally taken shape and she knew this would be the start of a whole new chapter of her storied life. At 35, she was the youngest homeowner she knew and somehow, that made this milestone worth every sacrifice that had brought her to this point. She woke up especially early to dedicate those few extra minutes to picking out the perfect outfit. She chose a mul cotton saree because she wanted to enjoy every minute of the festivities and the saree accommodated that. The brown colour reminded her to stay grounded, always, while the shining sequins represented her glorious dreams. And the ruffles? Well, they were a tribute to her effervescent personality and her willingness to always seek out the positive in every situation that life threw her way. With a deep breath, she smoothed her pleats and launched herself into the jubilant crowd. This was her moment to shine. And she would savour it to its fullest.

Our ˜made in heaven mul cotton is also known as mul mul in West Bengal. The fabric is buttery soft and has a delicate beauty. Its weave is very fine and this lends a very fluid texture to the fabric, which makes draping it a breeze. It truly is like a hug that wraps you in its love. The addition of ruffles adds a playful touch to the saree, while also adding a statement detail.
