SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

General Shipping

  • Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order. Our delivery partner is DHL.

  • Orders are delivered within 7-8 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 

  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@suta.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and valid address and zipcode at the time of placing an order, to avoid any delays. We will not be held liable if an incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the order, caused due to reasons beyond our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • The customer is the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. All orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.

  • The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price paid and such additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Our I/E code is 0316511935.

  • From 1st July 2021, VAT would be applicable on all shipments delivered in the EU. The duty and VAT has to be borne by the customers. 

  • Suta has no control over these charges, nor can Suta predict what they may be.

  • Customs policies vary widely; customers should contact their local customs office for more information. 

  • In rare cases, your order may consist of more than 1 shipment. This does not incur extra customs duties on your as a customer. Customs duties are calculated based on the value of the goods and not the number of shipments.
