If a defective product is received, contact us on info@suta.in with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect within 48hrs of delivery. We will provide either a credit note or a refund for the defective product after investigation; but we will not be able to provide a replacement.

With a lot of hopes and good reviews from a dear friend I made my first purchase.being the first time there was a sizing issue as not all s sizes or an m size fits all. I asked for an exchange and it took 15 days to finally get the exchange product, by which time the occasion for which I bought it passed away and I had hurriedly purchased an alternative to suffice my need. Though a hurried purchase fit was perfect , almost 40 percent less priced. By the time the exchange came and I found that it still was ill fitted. Very disappointed I decided to return. I shortly received a call from the Suta help desk saying that since this was second time of return, 150 rs will be deducted. I was further disappointed. My blouse has been picked up on the same day but it seems it takes another 5 working days for Suta to confirm receipt and refund the amount (minus return charges). All this long story for just one product purchased! Suta has a long way to go! There was not a single phone call why I decided to return it ? Pls understand a customer’s first experience will go a long way to building more meaningful relationships for sari lovers like me… looking at this I decided to take no further risks and waste my efforts. 150/- does not matter, delays and service timelines are unacceptable
