If a defective product is received, contact us on info@suta.in with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect within 48hrs of delivery. We will provide either a credit note or a refund for the defective product after investigation; but we will not be able to provide a replacement.

The colour of the saree mentioned as blue but it is not even close to blue I have received a green saree instead and as per cost of the saree the fabric is not that good. One can easily find same fabric under 2k to 3k

I received a very different saree to the one modelled by Sutapa. It is not just a colour difference but also design difference. I had major issues with the delivery of other items too. I will return the item and I will stop being a Suta customer.

I received a completely different colour, material and design to the one shown in the picture here. I will be returning it. SUTA has now changed the picture to the green one. I believe they may make similar colours and designs which is okay. However it is not okay to be dishonest to loyal customers. This is my last engagement with SUTA sadly.
