This was my 3rd purchase with Suta and it was completely unlike the previous 2.
1. Product delivered was poor quality with faulty zip.
2. Suta refused to return and said you can only exchange, which is not convenient but I agreed.
3. Exchange was a nightmarish experience, where they are taking ages to exchange. It’s been 3 weeks. And customer care team is harassing by saying choose a product with higher value, though I am ok to let go of the balance amount. Hope Suta processes my exchange .
Looks like this 3rd purchase is going to be the last one from Suta.
