The experience has been extremely cumbersome for purchasing the products during sale. No one from the customer service is helping with either resolving issues on whatsapp nor on emails. Even upon calling the customer service, the exec will assure that issue will be resolved but it does not get resolved. A big learning, never purchase products during sale and the customer service team sucks!
