But each person she met and each story she learned inspired her in so many ways. Yes, on the face of it, these women were nothing like her. Theyd never seen the world through her eyes and had to work long and hard for seemingly simple things, such as educational facilities or gainful employment. It reminded her of the many hardships her own family had undertaken to give her the means to achieve her dreams. And, for that, she was grateful.
