I have been following up for options to exchange or alter products with your team for S21-248404. Not only have you sneakily closed the request without my consent twice but after delaying several days to respond you have now closed neither is possible as the time is up for returns or alterations.
Here’s my latest response to your team:
I have been raising this and continuously following up for either exchange or alteration like it was MY job. Now you tell me when the ticket is still open and unresolved you can neither alter nor exchange! I can find a local tailor to alter but do you really think I will ever return to shop at Suta with this kind of rubbish policy and customer care? I spent 7.5k on this and ended up with things that don’t fit and after you guys taking your own sweet time to respond you tell me nothing can be done because time is UP!
