they sent the saree without fall and edging unlike promised in the website. Last 4 days I am trying to get it fixed but the callous customer service is simply wasting my time. Asking for video as proof and then claiming not able to see it.. a simple video taken on iphone which everyone else can see except them!!! Just making me run around the bush so that I leave it out of frustration!! Most worthless customer service.
