Today I received this saree. I am thoroughly disappointed at the way you have done the packaging. So far I have bought more than 40 sarees from you. You usually pack the sarees with 2 bags one on each side. This time it was flimsy soft package with just one bag as cover on one side and from the other side the entire white organza saree was forcing itself out such that it was totally bulging out of the open end. Now the result of this poor packaging is- when I cut the package and open the saree , I see the saree itself has been cut. I am outraged. I was waiting for a very long time to collect this saree. Now I cannot wear this otherwise exquisitely beautiful saree. Please send me a replacement saree or refund me the price of the saree. Prior to this incident, I have been a huge fan of Suta.
