Loose blouse and when I tried to return/refund. Following issues:
1.your representative says it can't be refunded. This policy was not reflected while placing the order. The item was shown as 10 days refund fully.
2. Unfriendly app
3. Write 5 times to you for exchange.
4. You are harassing your customers with changing policies to you wish
It was a little loose for me and neck was a bit too deep. Else it looked good.
