The saree was delivered on 20th dec and i did not open it till 5th Jan did not even open the tag but when i did yesterday it was all torn , i sent pics to the team but due to 10 days return policy it was not accepted.
We sincerely apologize for this. Yes the return and exchange was to be raised within 10days of the product delivery.
It was completely wore out saree, it's like my grandma's old cotton saree, if u don't put starch to it and after ample wash how the saree will be, that how I felt it. That is the reason I have returned the saree.
I feel it's way costlier than it really deserves.

I love the mul material of the saree. So ideal for the tropical climate.
The stone wash look of the colour adds to its beauty. It can be easily worn in the daytime too. And, some people feel that pure cotton cannot be worn in evening events. This particular saree is suitable for an evening event too. At least I feel so.
