I am very disappointed with your service. Your designs are lovely. But you didn't give us the option of size exchange, citing the Diwali sale- when you simultaneously did not give us an option to buy off sale. You went and marked the entire range on a marginal discount. I really wanted that blouse. Your discount was 120 rupees, it made no difference to me. I was willing to pay the difference, I just wanted the correct size. And you refused me and sent a credit note instead. I missed the chance to wear the blouse for the special occasion I had in mind. Very disappointed. Will not be a Suta customer in future.
