After nearly a week in my new neighbourhood, I lost my way! Mumbai is truly a city of paradoxes. Its intimidating to gaze up at the sky and for your eyes to be met by row upon row of glass and concrete. I feel so small, so dwarfed and yet, somehow, liberated. I can blend into any crowd, be anyone, be someone and the city will accept me. It will give me refuge, it will be my harbour, it will contain me, and it will liberate me. But in the meanwhile, I have to get better at reading Google Maps!
