The mul cotton is what we call ˜made in heaven at Suta. Known in West Bengal as mul mul, the fabric is buttery soft and delicately beautiful. The weave of this fabric is very fine, and this lends a very fluid texture to it that makes draping it a breeze. It is truly like a hug that wraps you in its love!

If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped to receive a full refund. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and we will be unable to refund anything.

If a defective product is received, contact us on info@suta.in with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect within 48hrs of delivery. We will provide either a credit note or a refund for the defective product after investigation; but we will not be able to provide a replacement.

We bought two pairs of clothing and paid for it. After less than 2 mins of payment, my wife decided she only wanted one of the saree and not the second one. Only about 90 seconds had passed and we were still standing at the cash counter of the store. We asked to a refund for only that one article and we were still going to purchase the other saree. The management said they would NOT refund the part money for one article as it was already paid for 90 seconds back.

We had not even left the store!
