Review: Great Experience, but Store Needs Offer Alignment
We had a very good experience overall. We initially visited the physical store to make a purchase but noticed that the offers advertised online weren’t reflected in-store. As a result, we ended up buying only one item—and did so online rather than in-store.
It seems unfair for the franchisee, who incurs significant expenses to maintain the store, to miss out on potential sales due to this discrepancy. Aligning in-store and online offers would likely improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates for the franchise.
