The saree looks exactly as in the photo. But doesn’t have the feel of a Maheshwari. Was limp and sad looking. Maybe needs a bit off starch or charakh to liven it up

I was sent totally wrong product. I have been trying to contact them via email and phone provided on the website, but none is working. It’s been four days since the order was received and no one is even trying to respond to the email. Mine was an international order. The customers service sucks!
